Fall Season Preview: 6 Weeks of Soccer at Mountain Hawk Park

Mark your calendars, Chula Vista: our 6-Week Fall Soccer League kicks off Saturday, September 12, 2026 — the first Saturday after Labor Day — at Mountain Hawk Park, and runs every Saturday through October 17.

What the season looks like

Games run 9 AM to 12 PM by age group (5-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-14). Six teams — the Otay Thunder, Eastlake Earthquakes, Mountain Hawk Falcons, Chula Vista Comets, City Heights Lions, and Salt Creek Sharks — battle it out for six weeks, and everyone advances to the Championship Tournament & Family Festival on October 24 with medals, music, and food.

Between Saturdays, keep the touch sharp: After-School Skills Clinics run Tuesdays and Fridays 3:30-5 PM (timed to CVESD early-release days), Sunday Family Fundays host make-up games at 10 AM, and Monday Park Soccer in City Heights is always free from 5-6 PM.
