Service Description
Join us for seven weeks of fun, engaging sports where your child will make new friends, and learn skills they won't forget. Here we are focused on health understood holistically. We care about our physical well-being, as much as our mental and we even consider what the economic health of our community means also. That's why we only consume sustainable, and local and constantly research what should be our area of focus. The estimated starting times: Ages 3-4 / 9am-10am Ages 5-7 / 9am-11am Ages 8-10 / 10am-12pm Ages 11-13 / 11am-1pm We begin each class learning a fundamental skill in practice, and end the day with testing what we learned with a friendly match. This is a great opportunity where technical skills supplement leadership, teamwork, and also the emotional capacity to say "let me try again, I got this". To further strengthen this confidence we add breathing, meditation and mindfulness exercises that help the kids see how the field is a safe space to practice invaluable life skills. We always focus on respect, teamwork and fun over competition. Please email us any questions, and if you have an economic need to see if we can lower our price.
