Service Description

A joyful first soccer experience for our youngest players in San Diego. Small-sided games and playful drills build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement — with zero tryouts and zero bench time. Every session opens with a two-minute “cleats-off circle” of guided breathing and a one-word feelings check-in, and closes with a gratitude circle where kids celebrate a teammate. Rooted in Vipassana-inspired mindfulness and Amal Alliance-style social-emotional learning, so your child comes home not just tired and happy, but calmer, more focused, and kinder. Saturdays at the park. Parents welcome to watch.
