Join us for a 3-Hour long sports party! We will begin as a big group learning the benefits of mindful play before we go to our respective sports. We begin with the fundamentals of our sport through games, stories, and breathing exercises. The last hour we do a Round Robin of pure matches.

Get ready for our Soccer & Baseball Party—a fun, energetic series designed for youth and families! Each 3-hour session starts with skill-building and teamwork, a lesson on mindful attention and then wraps up with an an hour of round robin games for everyone to enjoy. Whether your child is new to soccer or looking to improve, we'll make friends, learn fundamentals, and play in a supportive, community-focused environment. Baseball Equipment: athletic shoes, helmet, glove, bat
